Most conversations about real estate come with a financial stake attached. The agent earns when you buy or sell. The lender earns when you borrow. These sessions are different. The fee is flat, it is paid before we start, and what Jamie recommends has nothing to do with whether a transaction happens. The answer might be to buy, to wait, to sell, or to walk away from a deal entirely.

Below you will find two types of services. Bespoke Consultations are paid advisory sessions: you bring a question, Jamie gives you a clear and honest answer. Realtor A La Carte is different – these are actual transaction services, priced by the piece, with no commission at close.

Bespoke Consultations

All sessions are 45 minutes and include a follow-up email covering everything discussed: numbers, options, next steps, and any resources relevant to your situation. All sessions are confidential.

The Buy vs. Rent Reality Check | $100

The Self-Employed Buyer Session | $200

This session is for buyers and future buyers who run their own business and want a clear picture of where they stand before they start looking.

The Divorce Consultation | $250
Shared property during a divorce is one of the most financially consequential decisions people make under pressure. Options, timelines, and a clear picture of what you’re working with. Flat fee, no referral arrangements.

The Investment Property Review | $200
A specific property is on your radar. Before you commit, run the numbers with someone who has no interest in whether you buy. Cap rate, cash flow, condition red flags, market rent, exit options. Southern Oregon’s investment market has its own dynamics and a lot of properties that look better on paper than they are.
