A structured program for buyers moving to Grants Pass and the Rogue Valley from out of state.
Buying from out of state means researching a market you cannot drive around on a Saturday, coordinating a closing you might not attend in person, and reading a town’s tradeoffs off listing photos alone. The Rogue Valley Relocation Program organizes what you need into one sequence, starting with the first conversation and continuing well after closing day. It runs the way corporate relocation companies manage a move, with pieces most individual agents in this market don’t offer at all. Those pieces are marked below.

How it works
Intake: a short form or five-minute call covers timeline, budget, household, and setting before anything goes out.
First contact: the core relocation guide and roadmap arrive first, along with the standing offer of a live video walkthrough on any listing you want to see. If you’re still searching from a distance or planning a visit, short-term rental coordination gets raised here too, not left for you to ask about.
Active research: town guides, the vendor directory, and any guide your intake answers point to arrive as you narrow in on a place.
Transaction: you work directly with me from offer through closing, with a dated timeline updated at every step and short-term rental coordination available for any gap between an accepted offer and closing day.
Settling in: the first 90 days guide and the ShopDowntown discount card cover DMV, utilities, and voter registration once the sale closes, with short-term rental coordination available too if the house isn’t quite ready to move into.
