Buyers moving from another state face the same short list of unknowns, wherever they’re starting from: which town fits, what the budget actually buys, and how to keep a purchase moving without flying in every few weeks. The Rogue Valley Relocation Program organizes what you need into one sequence, starting with the first conversation and continuing well after closing day.

What’s included

The program is a short, fixed list, not an open folder of documents:

  • A short intake conversation before anything goes out, so the guides you receive match your actual situation.
  • The core relocation guide and roadmap, covering the region and the process of buying from a distance.
  • Local depth: town guides, the Grants Pass Neighborhood Guide, and a dedicated guide for rural and acreage buyers.
  • A live video walkthrough of any listing you’re serious about, on request, for every buyer.
  • A curated local vendor directory: inspectors, lenders, movers, and the rest of the first calls you’ll need to make.
  • A settling-in guide for the first 90 days: DMV, utilities, voter registration, and the parts of moving that happen after closing.
  • A ShopDowntown discount card on arrival, good at local shops and restaurants.
  • Direct access to Jamie throughout, not a call center or a rotating team.

How it works

Intake: a short form or five-minute call covers timeline, budget, household, and setting before anything goes out.

First contact: the core relocation guide and roadmap arrive first, along with the standing offer of a live video walkthrough on any listing you want to see.

Active research: town guides, the vendor directory, and any guide your intake answers point to arrive as you narrow in on a place.

Transaction: you work directly with Jamie from offer through closing, with the same video walkthrough offer available on every listing along the way.

Settling in: the first 90 days guide and the ShopDowntown discount card cover DMV, utilities, and voter registration once the sale closes.

Guides available now

The relocation library already includes the following guides, free to read:

The pieces built specifically for this program, the schools and childcare guide, the settling-in guide, and the local vendor directory, come directly from Jamie for now, ahead of their own pages on this site.
