Twenty years in solar energy taught me that. I spent two decades working directly with homeowners on some of the most consequential decisions they make about their property. That work taught me three things: how to translate complexity without dumbing it down, how to read people under pressure, and how to deliver an honest answer in a way that is actually useful. The honest answer is not always the comfortable one.

I moved to Grants Pass at the end of 2024, on purpose, and I am not leaving. I love this town. I want downtown to be full and alive and I want the people who live here to make good decisions about their property. That is not something I put on a website and forget. It is the whole point.

I take on clients I can serve well, and I stay straight with them, even when the straight answer is to wait, or walk away, or look somewhere else.

I work residential and commercial. On the residential side, I specialize in rural and acreage properties and in helping people relocating to Southern Oregon understand what they are actually getting into. Not just the listing photos. The water rights, the fire risk, the rural financing, what the market actually looks like right now. On the commercial side, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Rogue Valley who need a representative with the patience and analytical rigor that commercial transactions require.

I also hold the SRES designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, which means specific training for clients navigating later-life transitions: downsizing, estate sales, senior housing options, and the family dynamics that come with those decisions. These are not simple transactions. I treat them accordingly.

Philosophy

I chose this town specifically, I love it even more than I imagined, and I plan to be here for the rest of my life. That shapes everything.

Honesty is non-negotiable. My job is to give you a real picture so you can make your own call. A closed transaction is not the goal. A decision you can stand behind is.
