
Here’s my read: this house needed a very specific buyer, and the listing spoke to a general one instead.
Some properties are not for everyone, and that is a good thing. A fixer with real potential, a place with a second living space, land with room to build. Buyers who want exactly that are out there, and they move fast when they find it.
But they need to hear a message built for them. A listing that tries to appeal to everyone usually ends up speaking to no one in particular.
If we relist this together, it’s time to name who actually wants this house, then write every word of the listing straight to that person.
