Here’s my read: people came, they looked, and they left without any pull to come back.
A showing is not just unlocking the door and waiting in the driveway. The best showings tell a story, what life actually looks like here, what buyers might miss on their own, why this spot and not another one down the street.
Without that, buyers leave informed but not moved. Informed does not write an offer. Moved does.
If we relist this together, it’s time to treat every showing as a chance to tell that story, not just open a door and hope the house does the talking on its own.
Questions? Let’s talk.
