Here’s my read: the renovation is beautiful, and that might actually be part of the problem.
When a home reflects one very strong, very personal style, buyers do something surprising. Instead of adding the renovation’s value to their offer, they start mentally pricing out what they would change, even when the work itself is excellent.
This is not a reflection on your taste or the quality of what you did. It’s simply that a buyer with their own clear vision has a harder time seeing past someone else’s.
If we relist this together, it’s time to be straight with you about how the current style is landing with buyers, and what it would take, if anything, to close that gap.
Questions? Let’s talk.
