The Photos Didn’t Do It Justice

Second opinion realtor in Grants Pass, Oregon

Here’s my read: buyers never got far enough to fall in love, because the photos never got them in the door.

People scroll through dozens of listings in minutes. They decide whether to click in about two seconds. Dark rooms, blurry shots, or just a handful of photos, and that decision is already made, before anyone sees the house in person.

This has nothing to do with how nice your home actually is. It has everything to do with what showed up on a screen.

If we relist this together, it’s time to treat photography as a priority, not an afterthought: good light, the right angles, and enough photos to tell the whole story, before the price ever comes up.

Questions? Let’s talk.
