Josephine County has real acreage still within reach, at prices that would be unthinkable in most of the Pacific Northwest. Privacy, room for animals or a garden, real distance from your neighbors, all still available here.
The honest trade-off: distance cuts both ways. You’ll be further from shopping, from a hospital, from casual convenience. That’s the deal, and for the right person, it’s a good one.
