This is a town actively rebuilding its own downtown identity, with a strong sense of community, easy access to the Rogue River, and prices that go further than most of what you’re likely comparing it to.
The honest trade-off: it’s not as polished as Ashland or Jacksonville, and you’ll notice that. What you get instead is more house, more land, and a town that still feels like it’s yours to be part of, not already finished.
